Gunjan is an architect by profession and an architectural pedagogist by passion. In her previous roles, she has worked with renowned architectural firms such as Kipa Architects in Pune, AE Studios in New Delhi and STL Chicago’s office in Gurgaon, working on various residential, institutional and commercial projects.

As an Assistant Professor, she has also taught architecture students at Manav Rachna University and G.D.Goenka University in Sohna, Gurgaon.

When not chasing deadlines for various projects at Anandam and coordinating with stakeholders, she can be found browsing various websites for exciting deals for her next vacation.

Gunjan is a Bachelor in Architecture from Punjab Technical University and Masters in Architecture from Jamia Millia Islamia
Akshay is the founding partner of Anandam Designs. He brings an extensive experience of working both in public and private sector projects.

He has worked with leading architectural firms such as AECOM and Studio Symbiosis on projects such as Seabird Karwar – Indian Naval Base, Smart cities, IICC, AIIMS Delhi redevelopment, Andaman and Nicobar expansion, Master planning and development of two Smart Railway stations of India (Baiyappanhalli and Gwalior) and Ecological Park Delhi.

Akshay completed his Bachelor in Architecture from School of Planning and Architecture, New Delhi.

Siddhartha works as a strategic advisor to Anandam Designs. The only one in the company without a set KPI, his job is to keep founders abreast of newer trends in design industry, and to work with them on changing service-mix.

He has earlier worked with Invest India – the national investment promotion agency, and Tecnova, primarily bringing foreign companies to India, and also with Infosys [something that both Infy and he would like to forget].

In his current role, he works with startups in Bangalore, helping them with easier access to capital, mentorship and networking.
