Set on a 5-acre site in Karnataka, this 200,000 sq. ft. Assisted Living facility caters to individuals with varying care needs, especially those with neuro-developmental challenges. The design seamlessly blends traditional and modern materials like local stone, terracotta, and glass, creating a warm, serene environment. Featuring sensory gardens, therapy rooms, and personalized living units, the facility prioritizes comfort and well-being. Its courtyard layout maximizes natural light and ventilation, while calming textures and colors enhance the atmosphere. This facility offers a holistic, nurturing space for its residents to thrive.
